Is it possible that a Adepta Sororitas could sleep with a warrior Tau?
In one of the Ciaphas Cain novels, Inquisitor Amberley Vail notes that Sororitas can and sometimes do take lovers, being under no legal compulsion to live life as celibates. That being said, as has been noted by Velphi prior, I doubt any self-respecting Sororitas would knowingly and willingly engage with a T'au.
That said, it's fan art. Who cares if it makes sense?

To add to this, the exact formulation I remember is that Sisters take on all kind of vows, but the vow of celibacy isn't a default one, and so it's common for sisters to marry in the Imperial Guard.
