Barely a day since the patch and this already comes out? Cool.
There's a reason why Genshin players cries for more content: they speedrun everything once new patch drops.
Also, there's times when character quest will block you from doing events and archon quests (which is main storyline), so people tend to do them as soon as they're possible to prevent being stopped abruptly.
