So I'm not sure if this is enough to warrant a tag, so I'm just pointing it out. The woodcuts in the back, starting from left (next to Ram): - Kitagawa Marin - ??? (some woman(?) with a gun) (if someone recognizes her, by all means) - Kirby(?) (I first thought its an Oddish... but then I thought, why would the artist put an Oddish there of all Pokémon. And Kirby is the next best thing I could think of) - Jeanne d'Arc (Fate/-series) - Mizuhara Chizuru (I'm like 90 % sure... this one is more of an educated guess)
Are they supposed to be on the Titanic or something similar? The architecture looks a lot like the Grand Staircase from the ship, albeit with some stylistic adjustments like the Mickey Mouse statue instead of an angel or something, and the character carvings instead of blank panels on the walls.

It is. The clock at the top of the stairs, "Jack" facing said clock, "in my dream" being the name of the image. It's all screaming Titanic.
