Menchaka drew the cars and the livery details, but the actual character illustrations are borrowed or commissioned from other artists. A few these have individual posts on his MyPortfolio and are just concept designs, I'm not sure if the others have been made into real liveries (he has designed itasha liveries that made it onto real cars).
The only standalone character illustration I could find so far (at least on danbooru) is the Fubuki one, which is post #4869911. I'll add annotations for models/characters/etc. later, the only things I need help ID'ing are the exact generation of the Shiroko Evo and the model of the Admire Vega car (I think it's an S-Chassis but I'm not entirely sure)

Seems to be Evo VIII/IX and Civic EJ1/EJ2, respectively.
