There seems to be a hidden image in this (there's a set of eyes next to her mouth), but I have no idea how to see it.

Either that or it's something that's supposed to be related to the character's state-of-being.

Also, what appears to be slightly puckered lips right underneath her mouth between the eyes and that whole "hidden" face is framed by a chin. There's also some weird shapes above her visible eyes around her forehead but I had to significantly adust the luminosity to see it.
It's possible these are just earlier iterations of the face and should have not been so visible. The main eyes and the "hidden" eyes actually look very similar in design and detail, just the "hidden" one is stretched vertically and is not colored.
