Except neither Tsuruya nor Churuya speaks in grammatically incorrect language. She uses lots of funny expressions and stuff, but the "put everything in third person singular" idea makes no sense.
... You make it sound like she's barely intelligable. She's not any harder to undertsand than like, Dejiko. Maybe I just say that because I've translated Nasu before and nothing seems grammatically strange after that.
Still going for "Gots it" as a better translation of "Hoisa." Someone changed my "Get-ssa" note to it, and I didn't really mind. It is much more fitting than 'gotcha' because gotcha makes no mention of her accent at all.

Some Japanese people say the interjection "Hoisa!" when they move quickly in response to something(e.g. a call, an order, etc). It's an old expression. It sounds cute when tsuruya-san says it. But not a special expression.
