I.....think there might be a disgaea joke in here. Konata looks like shes dressed in the outfit that the thief class wears in disgaea 2, and with what looks like RPG stats in that blue text box....but I dont know japanese, so it could be something else.

No, not really. You could certainly say that it's been influenced by it, but it's not a exact joke against it, just 'General RPG' joke.

The Stats aren't exactly same as the Disgaea one, plus it would be unbelievable, since it says 'Level 12'.
