I'm kinda lost at the 'ちょべりぐじゃろ?' translation. Does it mean something, or is it a reference?
チョベリグじゃろ. Literally "Super very good, is it not?". チョベリグ is antiquated nineties slang, the kind that characters like Umamusume's Maruzensky are infamous for (among others).
Basically, Futo is an old grandma trying to fake sounding hip. Like Maruzensky.
