One of them is male so I assume the girls are either a set of quadruplets or two set of identical/monozygotic twins.

Regardless, quintuplets should be tag here.

A lot of sources I found have vastly different sayings from each other, and some of them say that the eldest girls are twins, so I thought that they're not quintuplets. I reverted the changes back, but honestly if you knew that the quintuplet thing is confirmed, you can just change it, no need to comment.

Just my habit \ (•◡•) / in case there is any news I didn't know.
