Five siblings of the same birth, often looking very similar if not identical.

This also includes fraternal quintuplets (quintuplets of opposite genders, or quintuplets of the same sex but who aren't identical).

The most prominent example of quintuplets in Japanese media is the Nakano sisters of Go-toubun no Hanayome.
