Three points regarding this image:
#1: The artist of the original image is kishiro yukito the author and artist of Battle Angel Alita / Gummn, but the animation has been done by ninvna / Ni / Ni-ice.

#2: I don't know what tag i should use to describe the particles flying in the breeze in this image, i suppose tag:snowing could work bot in the sense that it is snowing particles not really snow, or i could use tag:cherry_blossoms but i am not sure that it really should be cherry blossoms and not just pink/white particles. Anyway if anyone knows a better tag please add it.

#3: For some reason the "[Author comment #...:]" has become a link and that was not supposed to happen...

1) Just adding two artists and then leaving a comment on who did what is fine.
2) They're basically falling petals, but don't seem to actually be petals. I'm not sure what to do when they're just dots...
3) It's part of the (older) reference code - sort of like how post #4988513 will link to this image automatically, that using of a hashtag will link to the first couple comments ever put on Danbooru, lol...
