Well... I mean... yellow and blue do make green, but I'm 89% sure inherited eye color doesn't work that way. :)
You'd actually be wrong. (Well, provided we treat "yellow" as "brown", since yellow isn't a normal human eye color...) Hazel eyes are caused by incomplete dominance, and can appear as anything from brown to green to blue eyes, depending on where the incomplete dominance manifests. (This is also where heterochromia comes from.)
