I'm thinking that when angels come down and threaten to wipe out the human race, Russia will start contributing tanks. Also, this clearly takes place in Japan, given mount Fuji, and the fact that all of the angels have a hard-on for Japan.

Ossetia, Abkhazia, the Armenian Border, Tiraspol. Plus Indian Peacekeepers, who with Pakistani Peackeepers, make up most UN Peacekeeping units, almost exclusively use Russian tanks. But yeah, as mentioned, those aren't Russian tanks.
