No, she isn't, but Haruka was pretty much getting all the attention for a while. See, Miyuki was kind of the center of attention when Basquash first came out, but then as soon as Haruka was introduced, suddenly she was the one everyone was clamoring for. Actually, Haruka still seems to get all the attention, but it's nice to see Miyuki (and Sela) still get some attention every now and then.

Agreed. I haven't even seen an episode of this anime yet, but I've been won over by Miyuki since I first saw her. I find her to be immensely...ah...cute. :D She really stands out; it's nice to see an attractive dark-skinned character once in a while.
