Hell, there must be something keeping all these monster girls in check, more than half of them have their own little societies and if you think that each one probably feeds off it's own human village then the world would probably be doomed right from the start.
I imagine there's at least one hero who, putting the fate of the world above himself, has chopped off his bangers and mash to defeat the sexual purposes of many of these beasts.

I would expect a large number of those who venture out into the wilderness in this world to be warrior/adventurer women. Considering how many of these monsters seem to exist purely to find and mate with men until they die, I would expect men in monster-heavy areas to be caged up behind walled cities, with only the women being allowed to exit. They might even have a matriarchical society with polygamy to ensure repopulation if things get bad enough.
Ultimately, it might be in the best interest of humanity to make alliances with some of the more reasonable monster-types (in exchange for mating privalidges and acceptance in society, obviously), like the lamia, giant ants, tengu, harpy, lizardwomen, etc. While human women might be turned into monsters, it's kind of rare for monsters to turn into different types of monsters.
Also, yeah, any man who went through this world fighting monsters probably WOULD be some kind of sadistic mysogynist. The general way these things seem to go is that they'll rape you unless you beat the snot out of them, or enslave them.
I expect them to be like the animal kingdom, where they kill and eat each other. When you think about it... what happens when they men died of old age or died of sex and before they go out and hunt another one.
Or maybe human put poison on all the men, so when a monster mate with them they were die and not the men... maybe but i don't want them to die T_T
I'm guessing these dosn't like hot/freezing cold places, so the dessert/damn snowy ares would be the places to be if you're scared of these monsters for some reason.

Tamed monsters. Women are ineffective against some types and are at risk of becoming monsters themselves, and men are universally fucked (hurr) no matter what. The only option is to use other monsters!

I bring up the fact that many of the breeds tend to just use the semen for food so wipe out the more dangerous kinds such as the soul eaters or the ones that can transform women and make pacts as brought up by NWSiaCB with the more docile and beneficial monsters in exchange for their services and protection is some cases. Also Sperm Banks=Useless "appease" the ones that simply want food if they attack society
honeybees, hornets and ants have a queen too. will exist a profile about them? and some monster serve the fallen god and poseidon. are there profiles about them?
Well, here's the thing, most of these monsters feed off of humans. It might be that the monsters keep themselves in check to keep the food supply in check. Not to mention some seem to need humans to even breed. I think the Lizardwoman was one, same with the ants, mermaids and several others. They probably go out on their own gumption to protect humans so they can keep their own races going. The Lizard women I imagine being the main military power, not only are they skilled fighters all their husbands half to be able to kick there asses. Also, magical power is brought up. Surely this world has things like wizards to fight as well. I would think Ice spells would be effective against slimes. And slime kingdoms by the sound of it will actually become docile and only attack new men when one dies.

Human society already did this with Eunuchs, and in a world with such a variety of sex-crazed monsters, they'd probably be even more populous.
People don't seem to understand very well how the world of Monster Girl Encyclopedia works. THIS IS THE UTOPIA OF KENKOU CROSS! Where ABSOLUTELY NO ONE DIES!
The Order tries to kill the Mamono but they have the plot on their side, so they are practically immune to human attacks and weapons and end up seducing and marrying the male heroes while monsterizing the female heroes.
While for the Mamonos, there is one rule that is never broken, no matter how fierce their disposition: NEVER KILL HUMANS!
Men are their partners (And source of Energy) while human women are the only ones who can produce male offspring (In the worst case, the woman is turned into a monster)
And as for the sexual act, it turns out that there is something called MAMONO MANA which is responsible for turning the men who marry Mamonos into incubi. This same energy keeps the man in good physical condition, prevents him from reaching critical levels of exhaustion and basically prevents the man's body from exceeding its physiological limits.
So no matter how rough or intense the sexual relations are, the man will never end up with injuries (At least not the worrying kind, although this does not prevent the more sadistic Mamonos from "playing" a little with their "prey").
So no, in this world it is impossible to die from sex with Mamonos. And these are not just moral principles and witchcraft. THEY ARE FUNDAMENTAL LAWS OF PHYSICS. As immovable as gravity or electromagnetism
So in summary: In this world nothing bad can happen to you.
