It's from the short comic "鍵穴 (kagiana, keyhole)" by Kon Dom (aka. Kon Doumu). This manga is a part of "本当はエロいおとぎ話", his adult comic book published on July, 2005.

I'm not really good with Japanese, but I do remember some words. Apparently, the title of this work is a word play, isn't it? 'Kagiana' is keyhole, while 'onna' is a lady/girl/female right? The title is written "Kagi ana" in this one I got, with space inbetween.
