The only confounding factor is that since the "mansion staff" tend to deal with most of the intruders, and considering how old Momdroid is, Momdroid has DRAMATICALLY more combat experience.

Milady's company is a weapons manufacturer, though. I'd expect they have collected a whole lot of combat data over the years. Since Milady is a machine, she could easily download and integrate experience from other robots. If nothing like a human just watching videos of others doing combat. It would be more like entering the Matrix and training there extensively, except for the added benefit of not needing to worry about real life muscles and cardiovascular system not matching those in the Matrix.
