Also, seeing as this is 301, shouldn't post #446976 be added to the pool too, since it was labelled as #300 by Minami?

The only fan-made vocaloid that comes to mind that she comes close to is Hoshine Hime. Close, but not exactly.

Another could be Ainone Kana but her outfit is white not gray. It's a mystery...

I some how get the feeling that this new girl would not get along with Neru. Don't know why, bu it's just a feeling.

For a while Minami had character diagrams for someone who looked suspiciously like this on the site. I think it's an OC.

Those kanji are pronounced "Seion Suzu".
清音 means "an unvoiced sound", so she's probably going to be one of the silent types. (kind of an oxymoron for a Vocaloid, but... yeah.)

Miku-neesan doesn't wear sky-blue hair and clothes + ribbon ponytail. It's Suzu. One of Minami's OCs.
