Seems like it's a reference to the first Gundam.

The title goes like "Federation's white yatsu" where "yatsu" is either "thing/object", "him/her/it" depending on the context. The Gundam was referred to as the "White Devil" by Zeon.

The tag on her swimsuit reads "RX-78" referring to the RX-78-2 . The recorder is colored white and pink, suggesting a beam saber.
Her uwabaki is white with red sole/trim, reminiscent of the Gundam's feet.

And the goggles being the eyes with the ribbon being the V-fin.

Odd the shield and gun are held by opposite hands though, grandpa Gundam (and many other mobile suits) usually holds the rifle on the right hand, shield on the left.
