After doing some digging, I've found out that the right side of the image is from chapter 1 of the manga so I'm gonna tag hidano kentarou. The left side might be entirely original. I did a reverse image search on google and the earliest version that it found was on an archived 2ch link from 2018 I have no idea who originally drew it. Who the hell is this catmiimi x guy anyway? I went through their twitter and website and it's all just recolors, reposts and game screenshots, he's really pissing me off.
