I can't find a single thing either at the source or within the image itself suggesting that these are Splatoon humanizations. Eye color is wrong, hair color is wrong, hair tips color is wrong, hair length is wrong, nothing in the outfits corresponds to the originals in any noticeable way, the doll on her backpack would probably be a recognizable character, and there's not a single symbol or logo relating to Splatoon anywhere. I'd love to know the reasoning behind those tags.
