This could be a common practice in whatever country the developer is from. But in decades eating pancakes it never ocurred to me you could eat them like tacos... and we do eat tacos. Quite clever actually.

It's similar to some ways of serving both savory and sweet crepes I've seen. I think the trick here is the cake needs to be just thin enough to bend without breaking.

I'm more surprised that it's an actual recipe/dish than the thought of eating them like tacos. I remember people eating sausages wrapped in pancakes and I couldn't help but get nauseous at the thought.
