You shouldn't use that tag so frivolously. It's meant for things like six fingers or two left feet, not shoddy anatomy in general.

The finger guard on the pistol in her right hand is wrong; it looks like it's going through her ring finger. That certainly merits the "error" tag.

Awkward as it would be, her finger could feasibly be going through the gap, thus placed in the foreground compared to the rest of the finger guard and the trigger.
