Well, the heaviest M-10T shell is about 51kg. So lil' Katy here could very well be lighter than the heaviest stuff Nina has to lift.

Heck, what's Nina's weight? For all we know, the shells she loads might be heavier than she is!

Are we sure this isn't some sort of low gravity planet? Or genetic super humans? The Type 3 tank's girls are one hand tossing their 75mm shells like they are nothing, and some of the other girls are exceptional nimble in getting on or off their tanks (see Das Finale OVA 2). Also they seem basically unhurt even after their tanks have been massively beat up and rolled over.
