Well that too. But i'm more worried about the blood does when put inside a mortal.

In the best case, it'll be like an all purpose snake oil that fixes just about everything.

In the 2nd best case case the next line of Touhou games will be hack 'n slashers, taking place in Gensokyharnam.

In the worst case nothing happens, and that would be boring.

Everyone becomes immortal but only while the blood is in their system. Some begin to gain magic while those most unfortunate lose themselves and mutate horribly into beasts. A coalition is formed to hunt these pitiable souls but in time even the hunters succumb to the blood of the immortals.
