I'm not sure I would really call Crimvael's form "male", so I would just stick with removing futanari

Crim says themself that they have both male and female genitals, and the narration always refers to Crim using they/them. Everyone in the show refers to them as a boy because Crim lied to them about it to avoid whatever the perverts might do if they knew Crim had both.

Which could be seen as further supported by the genderbender episode where Crim grows very petite boobs and otherwise stays exactly the same (not sure if Crim keeps the dick but I'd guess so).
