I think 'higher' Youkai aren't so crash about eating humans like say Rumia is... that and there's various Anon guys that Yukari slaps to death.

It's a small flash meme about Yukari going after Anons and slapping them and such (and in a recently shown to me vid... there's one where she slaps one as the others sing her theme to the tune of Yukarin, yukarin, etc. and it has jiggle action as she slaps the guy. (I guess he died happy)

Higher youkai probably would understand that if they openly hunt humans they will eventually be hunted themselves by the other humans seeking vengeance and to rid the world of a threat.
I don't think Ran would be this stupid.

Just see what happens to any predator in real life that is suspected of eating people.

Rumia is not able to make this connection but she doesn't catch them very often.

As for those anon Yukari messes with they didn't die they're still lurking about causing trouble.

Just in case, I'll let you know the Anons you're referring to are called Sin Sacks. As far as I know, they're not official Touhou characters.
