So... since apparently the official name for Hisamura and his kanmusu as a group is "Hisamura Fleet", should we change the pool's name accordingly? In hindsight, it does strike me as odd that we 1) didn't follow the "X Fleet" name that is common to several other KanColle comic pools, and 2) we chose the admiral in question's given name instead of his family name.

Just in case, his given name is Natsuki. His family name is Hisamura. Japanese names always put the family name first, then the given name. The tag is written as 'Hisamura Natsuki', so there's no convention broken

I get the feeling the untranslated moonspeak is in part related to that. I wonder if she just got caught up in the flow of pretty much noone else really caring about it.

That would've made sense if she was a Japanese shipgirl, since both communal bathing and full nudity during said activity is quite normal in Japan's culture, unlike in the USA and most if not all of Europe.

I think it depends, she should have studied the culture before coming to the base including all the reputation natsuki's base have.
Combined with her personality and what she experienced so far since she posted there, it seems to be within her character.

My Japanese/English skill is not as sharp as I would like to picture myself so I did that for safety.

Well, FWIW, some of the translators here don't bother translating SFX if they're pretty obvious from the context alone, or simply deduce the intended meaning from said context and use the typical equivalent in English (e.g. "sploosh" or the like for the sound of splashing water in the first panel).

I don't suppose anyone is willing to confirm whether or not the check translation tag is necessary?
