Ayako having rider go after her is actually a Hollow/Axtria joke which in turn is a reference to events in the original Fate/Stay so it's not really that obscure.

Which in turn was added to Ataraxia because of the fact that Ayako's design was liked by the staff enough for her to go from being a Rider-Class Servant (as originally proposed) to a side character rather than discard her. The current Rider liking her was thus a developer gag.
