    Alita Battle Angel [RFL19]

    Welcome to my RFL19(Rosuke's Fanart List 2019)[SPLASH ART]

    I come out from my comfort zone to create this one, it's not my usual style but I tried something I really wanted to do years ago.
    Splash art is a challenge indeed, composition, lighting, the mood, etc, really something need to take consider and learn. Just work hard and eventually will get there. Btw, more Splash art coming though XD.

    Anyways, here Alita Battle Angel! (SPLASH ART)

    It was a major cringe factor for me just seeing the trailers, too.

    I'm told it's because they thought that when the audience got used to seeing big CG eyes, it would make all the other CG effects that are obviously impossible seem more possible since you're used to seeing characters that don't look human.

    I was told it was to make her seem more 'innocent' which given what I know of later plot reveals is rather humorous. Special Effects seems like a weird thing to justify, since the whole point is that its not possible for them to have androids and laser cannons on call for scenes.

    *I* was told it was because she's from Mars, and the Martians had bigger eyes because the light from the sun isn't as bright that far away.
