Being fair, it really resemble Tsuyu-chan, but can I assume that the rule "tag what you see" takes precedence over the artist commentary?

Even if this does resemble her, if the artist says she's an original character, I say go with that.

The artist has repeatedly, jokingly, tagged art as "OC do not steal", e.g. post #3405627, post #3342054, post #3240750

yeah I see now, sorry about that. Its just when viewed from behind, it honestly looks like an OC rather than best frog.

She's wearing her distinctive thigh boots tho ;)
