It states that this is an oc so why is it tagged Asui Tsuyu? The hair?
Pretty sure it's a joke. Note the "dont steel". "This is my OC pls do nut steel" or some variation there of is a common joke among artists cause of Sonic recolors and other "Original Characters" that are totally not just Red Sonic.
