I can't tell if this is an advertisement for an artbook for the anime series or something else. I'm not sure if Carnelian did a doujin for this series either.
The only thing I've heard about Aquarian Age is that it's "paced slower than molasses in winter."
The anime is just a spin-off, Aquarian Age is primarily a card game. Carnelian and the other artists listed in the brown box would be illustrating some of the cards.
