Huh, so Edinburgh is at least good at something.

Feels like Javelin's way of speaking is accentuated more when among other British Ships, is that just a translator flare or does her dialogue become more, well, accentuated in the last 2 pages than in many of the other ones she is in?

Now that you mention it, she is being a bit more chipper and assertive here (and downright flippant with the teabag line on the previous page), especially when compared to when she was talking to the other non-Royal ships (plus Rodney) out of her starter ship circle. Usually she's politer and more... guarded? Or apprehensive, I guess? Sort of like she doesn't want to accidentally offend somebody (elder and out of her peer group), that kind of impression.

Here she just cuts loose.

'though, to be frank, I didn't consciously punch up the accent this time. Must have subconsciously slipped out as I was reading her lines in a chipper schoolgirl tone. (the Enid Blyton kind)

It looks fine. She was the girliest of the 4 starters afterall.
