    昨日東方上州祭に行くためにホルダーをこのように使ってみました。
    3Dのパーツは見なかったことにしました。

    Hang in There, Kogasa-san 2852

I tried using the holder this way for going to Touhou Jōshū Fest yesterday. I pretended I didn't see the 3D-printed part.

That, and she just told Kogasa the right way to use the holder.

For comparison, the second panel of this was how Kogasa was using it.

    From yesterday's post:

Dodged the Yamame moment by that much.

And somewhere, deep under Kansai, a certain tsuchigumo shakes her fist, going, "Dagnabbit!"

... Looks like he dodged one Yamame moment, only to stumble right into a second one by screwing up the setup of the stand.

It doesn't have to be used vertically, even though that's typically the orientation one would prefer when using a tablet or smartphone as a stand-in GPS navigational unit.

For what it's worth, I have been in taxis where the driver uses the smartphone / tablet GPS in landscape mode.

Except that, looking at the stand's retaining brackets, it seems he failed to notice that it was designed to be used vertically - the extra arm that holds the tablet in now wasn't part of the original design.

So he was doing it wrong....

    Hey, Kogasa...
I'm sorry to say this when you're so delighted after using the 3D printer...
...but isn't that smartphone holder supposed to be used vertically?
