Though cropped, we can see next to the signature that it was made on some day in september whose first digit was a 2. I've now sorted through the ~200 pages of pixiv posts from september 2{2-10} using the Japanese tag for bowsette and I'm reasonably certain this image did not appear.
Since it's cropped reverse image searching won't help. We're going to need a real hero for this one.
