Okay, I've uploaded the rest of the doujin. Everything in it has been posted here, save for the author notes (which I doubt anyone would want to translate) and a black-and-white version of the cover.

I can't translate the doujin myself, but I'll check it out and see if it's worth commissioning. If I do commission it, it'll probably be with SaHa.
