This is just my own interpretation, but I felt like Satori was commenting that Remilia only knew that Satori was in this class now - even though she said she knew how the classes would be split on the comic before. Meaning she didn't really go out of her way to put Satori in the same class, only Letty and Suwako.

I think that Satori is one of the few who still have their powers in the setting. Like Reimu it's something that might be real, a ordinary fantasy in some ways.
