I really like her as well, very cute and sexy.

TBH her outfit, hairstyle and blue eyes give me a very low-key Junko vibe. Minus being a disgustingly evil bitch...which is a massive plus.

Honestly, I just think of Asahina Mikuru when she gets her hair tied into twintails for the waitress outfit. (Hence my reply to the official damaged art with "Stupid Japanese! You made Gambier-chan cry!")

That's the benefit of having more than one character from a given country. The first character has to "represent" that country. The next character can be an individual whose personality can contrast with the first. (Richelieu didn't even have to dye her hair aquafresh colors to let people know how totally, totally French she was!) Hence, Iowa is tits-out aMUHRkuh, while Sister Sara can be a more demur and gentle character, and Gambier can apparently be Mikuru/Blonde Ushio.
