people have been wondering for quite a while if this will ever happen or if Devs will actually get out of their lazy asses and hire back Amamiya Chiharu instead.

I've heard rumors a while back that Amamiya and the devs allegedly had some sort of fallout between them, which is why he(she?) never listed Samisuzu on his (her?) works on Pixiv and act as if he/she never was part of the KanColle project in the first place. If true, it's more likely that Kujou would take over come April when Season 2 starts, if their arts are ever going to get touched upon.
