Nicely animated. The articulation of the lips and dynamic expressions makes her character a lot more energetic and fun to look at. If it were me trying to do a show like this, I would definitely consider the higher cost/time risk for quality animation of each episode much more strongly.

Not that I know anything about actually using MMD, but I kind of think her animation is a little basic looking in her shows. Surely it can't be that hard to study and make this kind of quality work.

She isn't animated, she is traced. She even does live shows with chat interactions.

I'm pretty sure it's basic (largely unedited) motion capture, so you get silliness like this.
