For whoever's putting i-58_(kantai_collection) and kantai_collection in the tags, I am 99% sure this is just original. This is judging by the fact the artist put no mention of Kantai Collection in the tagging, name, or description, despite putting it in other KanColle imagery. I'm not going to change it quite yet though, given that I have little knowledge on I-58.
EDIT: Nevermind, I didn't realize the image on the desk was I-58.
