It's an M4-04X Zakrello, continuing the theme of Zeon Mobile Armour sand sculptures.

(Real) Hoppo seems a lot larger than normal Hoppo. She's equal in size to Oboro.

Also, poor Nagamon doesn't even seem to want to do anything as annoying as Tenryuu, but winds up abused, anyway...
