Confused by the apparent triple Wanko here. Does Wanko just have two stuffed dog heads attached to her collar as a Cerberus costume?

Yep, 'tis the case.

At first I thought Wanko was just doing that traditional "move so fast see more than 1" effect that you see in most manga. Untill I noticed the other heads aren't the same and look "Goofy".

Also, I'm wondering what Nekyuu's supposed to be. It looks like a cat or wolf costume, but she purposely fashioned an extra tail to match her other two, and put animal ears on all three of them, so the creature in question must have three animal-headed tails too.
