It isn't called fast food for nothing. Do you really want to disrupt the production line ordering something out of schedule? They also need to prepare ahead of time before the customer arrives too.
limiting time like that is usually done to seperate different incoming customers to a certain time and more manageable flow of orders. There are ppl who come to mc just for a certain item, and the other are coming just to eat whatev available, combined together of many kind of ppl it would be large incoming orders and long waiting time
i think thats decided depends on each store if they can handle a lot of orders in certain time or not
