Depending on what is meant by long girl. If it means tall, then two are into Hamakaze and one is into Akigumo. But if it means long hair, then all three are into Akigumo since the third is into the short girl and Akigumo has been recently drawn as shorter than Hamakaze.

It's very definitely hair, as the Japanese uses ロング (/rongu/) and ショート (/sho-t/), which generally only refers to hairstyles.

It seems more than slightly strange to see Akigumo of all people get the "angel" treatment, considering as fanartists tend to use her as a projection screen for all their own worst traits.

I'm reminded of that Shipgirl Physical Examination pool that points out Akigumo is actually quite the head turner. "Surprisingly glamorous" indeed. Even surprised herself here.
