Well, it's a Chinese game, and you can't depict smoking in China. Usually if it looks like a character has a cigarette in their mouth, which is probably intentional, it's actually pocky or something similar. Texas is another character with this trait, and in her case it's way too obvious that it's actually supposed to be a cigarette because she's holding it like one.
