So, what you're saying is it's fine if Zhen whatever comes out and puts a one-sentence blurb that says they need to expose a certain amount of skin to use their riggings? I mean, in Strike Witches, they can even wear tights and still work, but 90% of the girls still run around in their underwear.

In all honesty,spats would be perfectly fine,along with shorts and mini-skirts,but the Japs need their open leg fanservice so...
