Nah, Mashu is 'mimicking' girls around her age and asked EMIYA not to wash her clothes alongside Lancelot's (...I think she is mimicking some girls who doesn't want her clothes being washed alongside their father or something like that).

Last panel had EMIYA explaining not all girls think like that and Mashu reacted in surprise, but Lancelot was too far gone (with shock maybe? Lol) and shouted like Berserker, causing Gudako to react 'Lancelot?! You're a Saber, you know!"
