He'd have a chance with practically any of them if he stopped being an abusive moron for 5 seconds. The number obviously goes up and down depending on his actions, and Akashi was only 0% because he forced her into doing something so personally invasive and then had no clue why she was upset...

I don't see why zero percent is so depressing. No one is going to love you unless you start giving specific attention to them. Its like having your girl on standby the whole time and then expecting her to go up a couple levels when you haven't been using her in your fleet.

His behavior pretty much flagrantly makes clear he's going to love-and-leave any girl that says "yes" as soon as he can find a girl he wants more, so while he may not be tearing Maya's heart out and eating it right in front of her, or slut-shaming girls for being faithful to their boyfriends just because those boyfriends weren't him, he still is only not yet acting like an asshole solely because he got shut down before he had the opportunity.

I foresee an Akashi route soon at a snail pace.

Well, I mean, girls who do have multiple partners quickly without even attempting to get married are sluts (same goes with guys, what do you call that? Horn-dog?)... but that is appealing to some people too I guess. There are definitely girls out there who do stay "pure" but if you want to catch them you got to up your game as the man, and definitely wanting a harem is not the way to raise those flags. The other side of the coin is you may marry a pure girl, but she may not be interested in sex at all! Then it's pretty much game over for you. The way I personally see it, night battling after a year or two of dating and getting engaged provides a good standoff to see if you really like each other beyond physical attraction and less likely to get STD city doing it in a couple months, or worse, a one night stand. I've seen a lot of marriages broken because they were build on a castle of sand (honeymoon high) and then came crashing down in a very messy and sometimes violent way when cheating started. Not worth the grief for a little extra tail IMO. One waifu or you will destroy your laifu.

It looks like Akashi - as she says here, she's sympathizing with him, and her success rate is ticking up 1% per strip. Presumably, after he's dumped 100 times, she'll be willing to pity-date him. But being Masara, you know this will get screwed up somehow...

Just to be clear, the problem is more one of expectation and honesty. If someone SAYS they're only looking for a one-night-stand and someone goes with them, regardless, they are fooling themselves if they think it's anything more than a one-night-stand. Most of the girls (like Kongou) in the Sexual Partners Glasses series were openly looking for one-night-stands, so there's at least honesty in their actions. (An "Ethical Slut" in TVTropes terms.)

What this admiral declares, however, is he'll confess his love for literally any girl just to bed them, which is why Akashi reacted to him as scum.

It's the dishonesty, not the horniness, that's the crime.
